Access Control
- Multi-tenancy isolation โ Each childminder's data is completely separate. No user can access another organisation's data under any circumstances.
- Role-based access โ Childminders and parents have entirely separate login systems and permissions.
- Audit logging โ We log key actions for accountability and compliance purposes.
Payment Security
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. We never store your full card details on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified โ the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.
