Our team brings decades of experience in child protection, public protection and safeguarding. We started ChildMinderPro because we believed that experience should lead to software that is useful in a childminder's everyday practice—not simply a list of boxes to tick.
And we did not build it in isolation. Working Scottish childminders have helped us question the workflows, identify what matters and shape the platform around real routines. Their perspective continues to matter as the product develops.

Paul founded We Build Logic Ltd, the Scottish technology company behind ChildMinderPro. He brings more than 25 years of experience in specialist child protection, public protection and safeguarding, at operational and strategic levels. His work has included leading serious and complex child protection investigations as a Senior Investigating Officer; strategic oversight as a MAPPA lead; representation on Lanarkshire's Strategic Child Protection Committee; co-chairing Contextual Safeguarding Panels; and contributing to national policy on public protection and human trafficking. He brings that experience to the platform, while working Scottish childminders help keep it useful in practice.

At ChildMinderPro, she works directly with childminders day to day—listening to how they use the platform, helping with questions and bringing their feedback to the team.
